THE BEGINNING

Congress property was founded in 2017 by William A. Rodgers, II. It was always his dream to rehab the deprived properties in his hometown (North Versailles PA) and restore them back to their former beauty. He was afforded that opportunity in 2017 when he purchased 205 Congress Street. This rehab was a two-year journey. Upon completion in 2019 the property sold forty-eight hours after it was listed. Sense then-Mr. Rodgers has renovated and sold several residential homes under the Congress property name

Congress Property did not stop there. Their urge to give back to the community and their belief that all should be afforded the opportunity to live in homes they could be proud of set them on another journey.

In 2021 Congress property was hired by Preservation Management who was proceeded by NDC Asset Management to help rehab two affordable housing properties in Mckeesport PA (Hi View Gardens and Mid-Town Plaza). These two properties consist of over a hundred units that house low-income families. The units that Congress property remolded are exceptional! And the families that reside their have homes they can be proud of.
